To embed a Google Form in your MV page, take the following steps.

1) Create your Google Form.

2) When configured, click 'Send' in the upper right. Make sure to get the 'Embed HTML' copied to your clipboard.

3) In the appropriate WYSIWYG editor, click 'Content Blocks' and select 'Code'.

4) Title your embedded form, and paste the HTML copied from Google.

5) Update or Create your page

6) Confirm that your form is appearing as expected.
