There are a number of integrations available within the MV Pro platform. First let's talk about what an integration is, then we'll cover all current integrations.

What is an integration?

• When something is integrated into the MV Pro platform, that means that an external application or function has a dedicated functionality working within the platform. For example, if your Google calendar is integrated with the platform, then events you create in Google calendar, will show up on your website's calendar via a connection within the MV Pro platform. This is different from other connections like embedding links; for example, if you copy and paste a link that takes people to a YouTube playlist onto a page, that does not mean that you have integrated with YouTube. Changes made to that YouTube playlist will not take responsive effect on the MV website page where you pasted the link.

Membership Vision currently supports the following integrations:

1. Google Calendar
   1. Any event added to your site is automatically populated on the google calendar.
2. Public Facebook page
   1. Events can populate based on publishing in one location and then be tagged dynamically to several areas on the site
   2. Events can be tagged and highlighted dynamically in sidebars, contextual menus, on the front page, and more.
3. Live streams
   1. Site visitors can watch streams regardless of whether they have social media accounts, as long as live video feeds to the website.
   2. Visitors need not recall which platform a stream will be found on, as long as they know that a particular live stream will always be fed to the site.
4. Podcasts**
   1. Podcasts published via the MV platform link directly to Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, and Spotify
   2. Podcasts are an example of dynamic content that can be tagged, showcased on the front page, and included in sidebars, supporting networked navigation.
5. Mailchimp
6. Stripe

**Note that with podcasts that predate an MV website, a decision must be made on how far back to upload any previous recordings to the platform, if you want previous recordings live on the site or if previous recordings have not been published to any platform.
