If you experience an error when logging in that reads:
Unknown Method – yii\base\UnknownMethodException
Calling unknown method: app\controllers\LoginController::checkAccess()

You can resolve this by clearing your browser cache and attempting to login again. This typically occurs when a URL becomes corrupt in your cache or there has been a redirect in the code of the platform that is not recognized by your browser because it is still utilizing the old link.
