In the MV Pro Platform, there are several types of forms you might want to utilize for event signups, prayer requests, contact messages and more. Forms are accessible via Components - Forms.
When you'd like to create a new form, click Create Form, and you'll be taken first to a screen prompting you to give your form a title, add up to 3 email addresses to which form responses should be sent IN ADDITION TO the email address listed under System - Site Settings. Additional email addresses are not required, but a title and website response are required. Additional responses, as described in the platform, are not required.
Once you add a title, website response, and any optional additional emails, you need to set a duration for your form. If this form should not expire, set a start date (like today) and don't set an expiration date. If this form should expire, for example expiring one week before you know an event will take place, set a start date (like today) and set the form's expiration date to one week prior and click Create.
Finally! Now we've come to a blank area in which your form will be built, drag-and-drop style. The little i icon alongside some elements will tell you how they must be used, such as the event signup widget requiring an email widget along with it. You must always include a Submit widget so that users can submit the form.
