If you see a duplicate event showing up on your website, usually this occurs when you have changed the time, date, or recurrence frequency.
If you need to change the time/date/recurrence of an event, please delete it and re-enter it. This is a bug we are working to fix and apologize for the inconvenience.
If you notice a duplicate event on your website, delete the event by:
- Go to Content: Events.
- Click on the Show List view.
- Locate the Event in the grid. You will only see one entry and even though it most likely has the correct time/date, you still need to delete it.
- Delete the Event by clicking on the trashcan icon in the first column of the grid.
- Click the blue Add New button at the top and re-add your event.
Note: It's helpful to copy the text of your description before you delete it so you can simply paste it in the new event. Similarly, take note of the name of the image file so that you can locate it in the file browser.
