You may wonder about this redundant bit of navigation. Often, when there is a high level menu option with drop down selections, people will almost always choose one of the drop down selections. So it makes sense to list Worship Services as the first option under the Worship drop down menu to make sure people have a clear place to find information about services. But, if someone should choose the high level option, Worship, we still want them to get to this same content about worship services.

Having both the high level menu header and the first item on the drop down list is a bit of redundancy that helps make sure that people can always get to important information about Worship services, regardless of how they interact with the menu.
